Try Libby’s help page. New users may want to start with their Getting Started guide or their Device Profiles. If you still need help, you can use Libby’s customer support form, which goes to a Cecil County Public Library staff member, or contact the Cecil County Public Library at (410) 996-5600 x1420 or email@example.com.
