How Do I?

You can print out a library card application from home in English or in Spanish

Fill it out and bring it along with a government-issued photo ID to your local library branch.  Parent/guardian signature is required for children under 14.

We charge $35 per year for out-of-state residents who would like to get a library card. This fee is waived for Cecil County Public School teachers who live outside Maryland. Teachers should bring their CCPS ID card when applying for a library card.
