Appointments for AARP Tax Help are not necessary on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 9am-2pm at the Calvert Grange, 2357 Telegraph Road, Rising Sun, MD

To reach the Comptroller's Office in Elkton, call (410) 996-0465. While the library doesn't receive paper tax forms, you can pick them up at the Comptroller's Office without an appointment.

Beginning February 1, 2023 through April 18, 2023, the Comptroller of Maryland has telephone assistance available to answer Personal Income Tax questions. Assistance is available from 8:30am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday except on State Holidays. They can be reached at 410-260-7980 from Central Maryland or at 1-800-MD-TAXES from elsewhere.
