Under the general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Library Associate II provides high quality information, reader, and technology services to children (ages birth-11), families, and caregivers at the Chesapeake City branch of the Cecil County Public Library while consistently delivering caring, non-judgmental customer service. This position plans and delivers a full range of diverse and innovative programs, services, and outreach initiatives to meet the needs of children (birth-11), families, and caregivers.
Under the general supervision of the North East Library Branch Manager, the Youth Services Supervisor will lead and manage the Teen and Children’s Services departments at the North East branch of the Cecil County Public Library. This position develops, manages, and delivers a full range of effective and innovative programs and services that meet the needs of teens, children, families, and caregivers within the community.
Under the direct supervision of the Circulation Supervisor, the Library Assistant performs a variety of library circulation operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. Provides caring, non-judgmental customer service to all. Position available at the Elkton Branch Library.
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week; schedule requires daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

This position develops and delivers a full range of diverse and innovative programs, services, and outreach initiatives for adults and is responsible for performing and overseeing high-level research inquiries and initiatives. Positions available in Cecilton, Chesapeake City, and Rising Sun Branch Libraries.
