CCPL's Online Card is available for Cecil County residents who don't already have a library card. It's quick and easy to sign up from home.

A parent or guardian is required to register children ages 12 and younger in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Cecil County Public Library provides a safe website for kids and advocates internet privacy.
