Tired of talk? Be the change. Discover opportunities to impact your community at the Cecil Serves Volunteer Fair on Tuesday, May 19 from 4:30-6:30 PM, at the Elkton Branch Library. Meet representatives from a variety of organizations who are seeking helping hands for their causes. The Cecil Serves Volunteer Fair is coordinated by Cecil County Department of Community Services in partnership with CCPL and funded by the CCHD’s Community Health Investment Grant Program.
