Join us for a fun, hands-on community event all about keeping our water clean and staying safe during storms. Explore how rain carries pollutants into our rivers and streams -learn easy ways we can help protect them. Share
simple tips to prepare for heavy rain and flooding. For families with children of all ages.
Fishing poles will be available at the Bookmobile to use at the fishing pier. This program will take place next to the Upper Bay Museum.
In partnership with Cecil County Stormwater Management, Cecil County Emergency Services, The Town of North East and the Elk and North East River Watershed Association.
