Event Details
Make fresh mozzarella cheese and explore a career as an artisan cheesemaker as they discover the science, art, and craft involved in the development of specialty cheeses. Ages 9-14.
A monthly educational activity for students in homeschool and non-traditional school settings.
Registration opens two weeks prior to the program date.
