Elk Landing

Cecil County living history presenter Jon Carpenter shares stories of historic Elk Landing and its connections to George Washington and the Revolutionary War. This program was in conjunction with “The Many Faces of George Washington,” a national traveling panel exhibition produced by the Mount Vernon’s Ladies’ Association in conjunction with the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and was supported by a generous grant from the F.M.
