Award-winning crime writer Isabella Maldonado discusses her popular book series featuring FBI Special Agent Nina Guerrera.  In her new novel, A Different Dawn, Special Agent Guerrera tracks a serial killer who has gone undetected for three decades. Maldonado, a former law enforcement officer who was the first Latina captain in her police department, draws on her personal experiences to bring a realistic edge to her writing.
